Frying the protein

There are many different ways to cook:

  • Air Fryer for 8 mins @ 190°C
  • Oven for 15 mins @ 200°C
  • Deep Fryer for 2 mins @ 190°C
Cook the noodle

Cook the noodle in boiling water for 60 seconds and stir occasionally. Optionally, rinse under cold water to stop cooking process and prevent stickiness.

Cook the vegetable

Cook the vegetables in boiling water for 60 seconds and stir occasionally.

Cook the broth

Add 200ml water and the broth concentrate into the pot and bring to boil.

 Serving bowl

Put the cooked noodle, vegetables and soup broth into your serving bowl and put the protein on top.
