Delivery Questions

We deliver across Mainland UK, Monday to Saturday. Unfortunately, if you live in the islands outside Mainland UK, we are unable to deliver to you at this moment.

Unfortunately, we currently don’t deliver on Bank holidays and the day after.

We work closely with our delivery partners to ensure every order is delivered to you on time. If you haven't received the ETA from the carrier by 1pm on the chosen delivery date, please let us know and we will look into this for you.

In the rare event your delivery is not in the address when the status says it has been delivered, kindly double check other possible spots and ensure it has not been left with a neighbour.

If you still can’t find your delivery, please let our customer care team know and they will be able to help you.

If your box is damaged or anything is missing from the box, please get in touch with our customer care team with your order number and we will be able to get this sorted for you as soon as possible.

An email with a link to track your order will be sent the day before delivery. You will also receive email updates about your order on the delivery day.

Usually, all deliveries will be completed between 8am to 6pm. You will receive an ETA on the day of delivery by email. If a delay is expected, we will get in touch to let you know.

Food Questions

We provide almost everything you need to prepare the dish in question. The only thing our customer needs to provide themselves is their choice of oil. We recommend oils that have a high smoke point, like vegetable or rapeseed oil.

We do our best to engage sustainably & responsibly with the environment. Our boxes are made from recyclable cardboard, and any plastic within your box can also go in the recycling bin.

Allergens can be found on product pages and product packagings.

We handle all 14 allergens prescribed in legislation. Whilst we have implemented and maintained safety practices and take all reasonable precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products will not contain traces of these allergens.

There will always be a cooking instruction included on the packaging to provide more detailed instructions for each dish. You can also find the product’s full detail page on our website, or via a QR code link found on the product packaging.

For those seeking Halal options, we recommend looking for the ''(Vegetarian)'' or ''(Vegan)'' options on our menu. The vast majority of our chicken products are halal, except when a marinade contains “shaohsing wine”. You can find the full details of our ingredients in the product’s details page.

Subscription Plan

After you add the recipes into the cart, we will ask if you would like to Subscribe and save for your selected recipes. Weekly, fortnightly or monthly, this is completely up to you.

When you've confirmed your order, you'll be able to log in to your account and manage everything, including editing recipes for your future deliveries, delivery frequency, change dates and more!

While enjoying a 5% discount on every order, you can decide your delivery frequency to match your needs. In addition, you have the choice of skip, pause or cancel the plan any time you want.

If you are on a subscription plan, your meals will be delivered based on the chosen frequency of your plan. You can change the options of your subscription box up to 48 hours before your intended delivery date. If you do not make any changes to your subscription box, you will continue to receive the same items on your intended delivery dates.

On the unlikely chance that a certain ingredient or product is out of stock, we will send you a notification that we have automatically changed the dish for you, which you can change in your subscription box settings.

Your saved payment card will be automatically charged 48 hours before you are due to receive your next delivery.

Simply log into your account on our website and you'll be able to update your address.

If you would like to see your order history, simply log into your account on our website and you will see the history of your orders.

You are able to edit upcoming orders up to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery. To do so, log into your account, visit 'Subscription', and Click  'Upcoming Deliveries'.

Vouchers & Codes

You may be an existing customer attempting to use a code reserved for new customers. If you're still having a problem using a discount code, please contact our customer support team.

We require at least 24 hours notice in order to cancel or amend an order. Please get in touch with our customer support team and we can assist you further with this.
