To combat this issue, we have implemented a pre-order model, predictive technology, and pre-portioned products to ensure that we only order what we need, resulting in minimal food waste.

We source our ingredients from local and organic suppliers whenever possible, reducing the transportation emissions and supporting our local communities. Our packaging is made from recyclable materials, and we encourage our customers to recycle or reuse them.

Yes, both the ice pack and thermal box provided with your Hara Chef order can be reused. Our ice packs are designed to maintain the freshness and quality of your ingredients during transit, and they can be refrozen and used again for future other cooling needs. The thermal box is also reusable and made from wool materials, allowing you to store and transport food items while keeping them at the desired temperature. Simply wipe clean the thermal box and store it in a cool, dry place until your next Hara Chef delivery.

We do our best to engage sustainably & responsibly with the environment. Our boxes are made from recyclable cardboard, and any plastic within your box can also go in the recycling bin.
