Cooking Instructions

Ready in 15 to 25 mins
Frying the protein

There are many different ways to cook:

  • Air Fryer for 8 mins @ 190°C
  • Oven for 15 mins @ 200°C
  • Deep Fryer for 2 mins @ 190°C
Cook the vegetable

Peel and cut Potatoes and Carrots into thumb-sized pieces. Then add into a pot with boiling water. Simmer for 8 minutes.

Cook the sauce

Boil the curry with water in a pot on medium heat, whisk or stir to dissolve.

 Get ready

Mix the cooked potatoes and carrots with the curry sauce and ensure the vegetables are well coated. Then, serve with the preferred rice and the protein.
