Frying the protein

There are many different ways to cook:

  • Air Fryer for 8 mins @ 190°C
  • Oven for 15 mins @ 200°C
  • Deep Fryer for 2 mins @ 190°C
Cook the vegetable

Add 10ml cooking oil and vegetables into a wok or large saucepan. Stir fry for 2 mins on medium heat until the vegetable is slightly softened.

Add the protein

Add the cooked protein into the wok or large saucepan, continue stir fry for 1 minute.

Mix well

Add the sauce into the wok or large saucepan, continue stir fry for 1 minute. Mix well to ensure the protein is evenly coated with the sauce and mixed with the vegetable.
